Hindalco has awarded a contract to W.L. Gore for FGD implementation with their patented Sorbent Polymer Catalyst technology at Renusagar Site for a 80MW unit. The GORE® SO2 Control System is a catalytic, reagent-less FGD system designed to fit tight spaces, consume less water, reduce operating costs and eliminate procurement, transportation and storage of reagents.SMARTLùth works as Application Engineer for WL GORE USA and is responsible for EPCM works for this project.
